![]() VP 9. by the German administrator Arno Senfft sent to Berlin, postmarked Jaluit 4 December 1895, backstamped Berlin 24 February 1896. The colour of the cancel is blue-green. The domestic use post card required an additonal 5 Pfg postage as it was sent from Jaluit to Germany at a time when international postage rates were charged between Gernmany and her colonies.
