Size of parcel of land: 33 hectares and 35.1 ar.

Original acquisition in: 1866 sold by Irooj Rimme("Rimone") to Captain Peas{e};

Transfers since original acquisition: 18?? sold to Arthur "Bully"Hayes; 18?? bought by Adolph Capelle & Co when the estate ofHayes was auctioned off {18} after his death off Jaluit (Hezel 1979);1883 (13 November) by Deutsche Handels- und Plantagengesellschaft for $467.- (with other property on Arno, Majuro and Namorik); at the time of the transaction, the propertycomprised of "one copra house and one dwelling house", both made of"native material." 1887 (21 December) property was transferred to theJaluit Gesellschaft. {18}. In 1890 the property comprised of 1dwelling house, 1 warehouse, 1 coprahouse, 1 cook house and 3s'maller buildings built in the native style" {18}; before the end ofthe German administration, a Jack Sandbargen, moved on the land wherehe conducted a retail business. Size of parcel of land: 1 hectares and 38.3 ar. The propertycomprises the whole island.

Original acquisition in: 1879 (26 December) sold by ChiefKaibuki to Franz Hernsheim & Co. Kaibuki traded Enirear for apiece of property Hernsheim held on Mile Island and the payment of300 marks. {18}

Transfers since original acquisition: 1887 (21 December) propertywas transferred to the Jaluit Gesellschaft.{18};

In 1890 the property comprised of 1 wooden dwelling house withlaundry house, 1 coprahouse and 1 cookhouse {18}
