The
Japanese Agricuture Research Station at Pwunso, Nett, Pohnpei Island,
Federated States of Micronesia, was erecetd in 1926 or 1927. It serves
as the administrative offices of the South Seas Buearus Agricultural Researc
Institute as well as the Metereological Obsrevatory (top tow floors).
The buildin g was undamaged during Word War II and served as the Department
of Agriculture building during the Trust Territory Period. At the
time it was photographed in 1992 the building was abandoned. |
