Postage Stamps used in the German Marshall Islands Catalogue of German Pacific Hialeah Forgeries (German Marianas ) by Dirk H.R. Spennemann |
The material shown here comprises of overprinted postal stationary which was only ever offered as part of group lots. The items are reprints of the German Yacht series Mariana Islands stamps, fancifully (and of course unnecessarily) overprinted with 'Marianen"--items which never existed at the time. |
