Transfers since original acquisition: 1883 (18 December) sold to Deutsche Handels- und Plantagengesellschaft; 1887 (21 December) property rights transferred to the Jaluit Gesellschaft; In 1890 the property comprised a number of native houses{7}; 1908 (22 June) sold to Mr. Otto Bock of Bielefeld (Germany) for 20, 000.- Marks.
