Transfers since original acquisition: 18?? by Adolph Capelle &Co; 1883 (13 November) by Deutsche Handels- und Plantagengesellschaft for $467.- (with other property on Arno, Mile and Namorik); at the time of the transaction, the property comprised of "one copra house (wood and thatch roof) and two nativehouses.{1, 2}; 1887 (21 December) transferred to the Jaluit Gesellschaft; {19}

In 1890 the property comprised one dwelling house, 1 coprahouseand 1 cook house {20}.

Original acquisition in: 1884 the eastern part was given asa gift by Irooj Rimme to Günther Riecke {21}; 1882 the westernpart was sold by Irooj Jiberik to Hernsheim & Co. Hernsheimtraded a piece of land on Enumanet Island for this.
