Size of parcel of land: 40 ar. The wato is located on the westernpart of the atoll. Size is given as 50 by 75 yards {35}

Original acquisition in: 1887 (12 March) sold by IroojLoeak to F.Hernsheim & Co. {22}

Transfers since original acquisition: 1887 (21 December) propertywas transferred to the Jaluit Gesellschaft.{22}; in 1890 one coprahouse, 1 dwelling house and a few native houses stood on the property{22};

Transfers since original acquisition: 1876 (16 August) sold toAdolph Capelle & Co; 1883 (13 November) by Deutsche Handels- und Plantagengesellschaft for $467.- (withother property on Majuro, Mile and Arno; at the time of thetransaction, the property comprised of "one dwelling house, one coprahouse and one cook house (all built of native materials)'; 1887 (21December) property was transferred to the Jaluit Gesellschaft.{23};in 1890 one copra house, 1 dwelling house and a few native housesstood on the property {22};
