Size of parcel of land: entire atoll, measuring hectares and ar.

Original acquisition in: 1880 (19 May) sold by Iroojs Imolak and Jibkino to A. Capelle & Co.

Transfers since original acquisition: 1883 (18 December) sold to Deutsche Handels- und Plantagengesellschaft ; 1887 (21 December) the property rights were transferred to the Deutsche Handels- und Plantagengesellschaft

In 1890 the property comprised a number of a traders house withtwo annexes for stores and copra; a copra house and several (?) boatsheds; in addition there were several native houses {7, 30}
